243 checked at free medical camp in Grecian Hospital

BVP and Grecian Hospital hold free medical camp

243 people were examined at a free medical comprehensive multi specialty check camp held at Grecian Hospital, sector 69, Mohali in collaboration with Bharat Vikas Parishad.

All the patients were given free consultation. Even lab tests such as ECG, blood sugar and hemoglobin tests were performed free of cost. Apart from general medicine, patients falling under specialties of surgery, gynecology, ENT and super-specialty services include cardiology, cardiac surgery, surgical oncology and radiation oncology were also examined.

“This camp was held keeping with the Grecian Hospital philosophy of affordable super-specialty health care services for all,” said Dr SS Samra, the MD, Grecian Hospital.

President of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Dr Uma Sharma said that BVP is an entirely voluntary organization working for the betterment of country. It conducts many social programmes for the betterment of health care. “Collaboration with pioneer medical institute like Grecian Hospital helps us reach out farther in people,” she added.
